About Us
The San Luis Obispo Public Health Laboratory (PHL) provides services to physicians and their patients and specializes in identifying infectious diseases. Our experienced staff of professional Public Health Microbiologists and excellent support staff allow us to provide superior, individualized laboratory services to those in the medical community. The SLO PHL is a designated reference laboratory of the national Laboratory Response Network.
Essential Tests and Referral Services
The San Luis Obispo (PHL) has a strong relationship with medical clinics in the county and its services are highly regarded by the medical community. Testing provided includes:
